Infrastructure requirements

For the sake of brevity, examples in this section are specific to AWS as it is the most tested and used provider so far. The information here should be enough context for you to try other providers but if you run into trouble/confusion, get in contact with us. Also note that, the specifications listed are all estimated suggestions based on previous deployments, please adjust to your use case accordingly.

We suggest that you make available the following:

  • Cloudflare or Gandi accounts for DNS management
  • For deploying with AWS
    • A standard PostgreSQL RDS
    • An EC2 instance
    • An elasticache/redis instance
    • An S3 instance with CloudFront
    • An NLB instance
  • For deploying with an Intel NUC
    • A standard Intel NUC with at least 8GB RAM
